Each user request is automatically routed to the most suitable AI Agent, ensuring the task is handled in the most effective and context-aware way. Every Agent has unique capabilities designed for specific types of requests, and the system intelligently determines which one to activate based on the user’s message. This allows each interaction to feel personalized, efficient, and relevant to what the user is trying to accomplish.
Each capability includes an Availability indicator, showing where it can be used:
- Everywhere: Available across all areas of the WordPress site.
- Front-end: When the user is viewing the site.
- Selector: When a specific element is selected using the on-site Selector tool.
- Admin Dashboard: Within the WordPress admin area.
Responses always follow the same language the user uses, regardless of their site’s language settings. For example, if a user’s language is set to English but they send a message in Spanish, the reply will also be in Spanish, keeping the experience seamless and intuitive.
If a user request falls outside the supported capabilities, the Support Specialist agent will automatically step in to guide the user through completing the task manually. This ensures that even when automation isn’t possible, users still get clear and helpful assistance.
Currently, this capability is available for all sites that have completed the Extendify onboarding process and are using the Extendable theme. Broader availability to all sites is planned for the near future.
